Damn, I get back and tres more blogs mention this thing!! I guess I just don’t get it, which is the same way I feel about art books in general so maybe it’s perfect. I could understand if it was like ‘Logotallica’ or ‘Flock of Logos’ where the pun adds something but Los Lobos?
I just find it annoying that this guy won’t speak his piece using his real name and ignores requests for them, as well as offering anything useful in response, other than mutton sandwiches, of course.
You just deleted a totally inoffensive and reasonable comment and in doing so
proved my point, thanks a lot.
What’s this obsession with people “posting under their real name” ? I see many pseudonyms on your blog so don’t pretend.
I reiterate my point that if you going to put your content all over the web, you have to prepared for
un-sycophantic comments, otherwise what is the point ?
We have lots of bloggers who use pseudonyms and do not agree with us: Aceface, M-Bone, Chuckles. In fact, they are our best commenters! They tend to stick to a single name though.
They also make sense. There is a difference between being a troll and making a point.
The thing that kills me about it is that he’s trolling the staff blog at all. Doesn’t he have anything better to do than troll the section where the staff posts passing tidbits?

Isn’t it kinda weird how for being this highbrow designy book the title is a pun on some random 80s radio band?

A random Latin radio band.

It’s just so childish when something gets deleted just because it is “contrary to their opinion”.
Where have I seen that happen before ?

Something got deleted? If so, try not posting under multiple names and identities, Mr. MP/Eggbert/Marlon/Brian McVeigh.

“Mr. MP/Eggbert/Marlon/Brian McVeigh”
So is Brian McVeigh not the well-known political scientist Brian McVeigh?
Also, for what its worth I agree with Neojaponisme stuff about 75% of the time and post the other 25%….
